Tom Bowling

Founder and Aquaculture Biologist. Tom brings over a decade of experience in sustainable aquaculture. He has successfully bred over 100 marine species and specializes in high-value, endangered species like the Bumphead Parrotfish.

Nathan Reynolds

Co-leader of International Concept Management, Inc., Nathan brings over two decades of expertise in aquarium design, engineering, and global project management.

Andrius Vengalis

Serving as co-head alongside Nathan Reynolds, Andrius excels in overseeing complex aquarium operations and has an unmatched track record in successful project execution.

Dr Chris KIitalong

Vice President of Cooperative Research at Palau Community College. A botanist and dietician, Chris has groundbreaking work in health remedies and is committed to sustainable aquaculture and food security.

Alan Marbou

Community Leader and Principal of a top high school in Palau. Previously the speaker of the House for Koror State Government, Alan brings strong community connections and is instrumental in advancing the project.
